Shipping
Most orders will be shipped by UPS. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days.
All orders over $1,100.00 will ship free.
All orders at OmniPly.com will be assessed a $5.00 Handling Fee. This fee will be waived for orders over $50.00.
Some items or orders cannot be shipped by UPS. They will be shipped by common carrier. A freight charge may be assessed.
If you need shipping to 2 or more addresses, you will need to process additional orders for each address.

Return Policy
You may return most items sold by OmniPly.com. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. Unopened items can be returned within 5 days of your receipt provided you have an merchandise return authorization number from our customer support department. Products within the 5 day window which have been opened are subject to a fee of 15%. After 5 days a 15% restocking fee will assessed. No credit is available after 30 days. For products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back shall be that of the customers.
Products must be returned in the original case, unused, and have all orginal packaging, manuals, and accessories.
We cannot accept returns of the following items:
Food Service disposable items, such as plates, cups, napkins, etc.
Returns without a Return Authorization Number.
Floor machines and equipment sales are final.
